As revenge, Mr. Burns wants to place Springfield under a dome, based on the Stephen King book, Under the Dome. He then flies a helicopter above Springfield, and reveals to the townspeople that he plans to drop a dome on Springfield, as revenge for what the townspeople has done to him. Unfortunately, the townspeople tells him that it has already been done before, so he doesn't do it.
