Westminster Bridge is a road and foot traffic bridge over the River Thames in London.
History
When Bart and Omar was trapped at the ferris wheel after the wheel crashed into the candy floss machine it didn't stopping rotating until the middle of Westminster Bridge. After it has started raining, they was loose from the candyfloss.
