Crazy Vaclav's Place of Automobiles is a car dealership run and owned by Crazy Vaclav, a shoddy Eastern Europe salesman. The lot seems to be filled with many damaged and low rate foreign automobiles.
Homer visits it to look for a new car after wrecking both his and Marge's cars in a blizzard.[1]
