The Negotiator is an American action thriller movie.
History
Chief Wiggum watches "The Negotiator" on a portable DVD player to learn how to deal with a hostage situation during the bank robbery. When he should start the film he was not sure which chapter he should skip to, "Meet Danny Roman," "Trouble Brewing," "Off the Case," "My Baby's in There," "Enter Niebaum," "Take the Shot," "Sabian's Choice," "Check and Mate," "Friends At Last," or "Closing Credits".
