Buzz Aldrin (born Edwin Eugene Aldrin, Jr.; January 20, 1930) is an American former astronaut, best known for being the second person to walk on the Moon, during the Apollo 11 space mission. He voiced himself in the season 5 episode "Deep Space Homer". A clip from his appearance was used in the season 7 episode "The Simpsons 138th Episode Spectacular". Aldrin was also credited for a guest appearance in the season 11 episode "Behind the Laughter", even though only the picture of his character was seen.
