Rent II: Condo Fever is a play starring Homer Simpson as Mr. Stingely, a landlord.
History
After the Simpsons' show got put on hiatus, Homer went back to theater.
Plot
Two girls are talking in their condo when there is a knock on the door. Mr. Stingely comes in and sings "Where is the Rent?"
