The Old Jewish Man's House is the house where the Old Jewish Man lives. It is seen when Homer delivers Meals on Wheels there.
Inconsistency
The Old Jewish Man is normally seen in the Springfield Retirement Castle along with the other people who live there. This contradicts this totally. It is thought that he still lives in the Retirement Castle but he owns a house too.
