Mulap Berkeley is the fat wife who often gets in trouble with jeb for shooting his beer. HOOEE comes from the town of Charlottesville, Virginia which is slum, and creates a comic strip called Tokkeng Bihr, usually translated to Talking Beer, about some bottles of stout-lager-ale.
