Forget-Me-Shot is a drink served in Moe's Tavern. It wipes out the drinker's memory of the last 24 hours. In Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson Mind Homer drinked it. Moe said him later that Homer needed to forget something so Moe made it for him. After Moe shows him the video of making it, Krusty comes in and asks one.
Recipe:
Jägermeister
Sloe gin
Triple sec
Quadruple sec
Gunk from a dog's eye
Absolut pickle
Red stripe from Aquafresh toothpaste
Venom of the Louisiana loboto-moth
Add the ingredients to a glass then stir it with a pregnancy test till it turns positive. Then drink it.
