Ugli is a fine dining restaurant in Springfield serving contemporary California cuisine.

History[edit]

On a date with Troy McClure, Selma went to Ugli for dinner. While they were there, Selma lit a cigarette, prompting another customer to complain that he had ordered a Zima rather than “emphysema.” A server then reminded her that smoking was not allowed in the restaurant. Selma became embarrassed by the incident and left the restaurant afterward.^[1]
