22nd City Comedy Club is a comedy club in Springfield. It seems to have been previously owned by Krusty the Clown.
History[edit]
Homer and Marge attended an improv comedy night at the 22nd City Comedy Club. A sign in the lobby said that Krusty the Clown was no longer permitted on the premises, with a long list of incidents he had been a part of. During the show, Homer gave the prompt "fear of public speaking" as an object. When the comedians, Zachary and Cathy, couldn't hear him, Cathy had the light operator, Jerry, shine a spotlight on Homer. This caused Homer to panic and run around, being chased by the spotlight.
