The Itchy & Scratchy 75th Anniversary was a celebration marking 75 years of the cartoon series.
History
The 75th anniversary was celebrated with a 48-hour Itchy & Scratchy Diamond Jubilee Marathon, which Bart and Lisa watched late at night. The following day, Springfield held a large anniversary parade featuring floats, characters, and tributes to the history of Itchy & Scratchy. Bart and Lisa attended the celebration with Homer, although their view of the parade was initially blocked by a large stand.
