Cinderella is a children's fairytale book.

Eddie and Lou read it as a bedtime story down the old well to a non-existent Timmy O'Toole, Lou saying, "And Cinderella had the most beautiful gown at the ball, with eight satin petticoats, each more delicate than the last."[1]
To get Ned's children to hate Edna, Bart read to them from the book. He told them that Cinderella's stepmother forced her to sew clothes and mop the floor. They then told Bart that they are already doing it and began to sew and iron Bart's clothes.[2]
