Carl takes advantage, and places a giant cement donut into the middle of Lenny's idea. Homer gets an idea: putting a sign up that says that nuclear power is three times safer, while Smithers fuels up the private jet for Mr. Burns to go to Venezuela.

Synopsis[edit]

Mr. Burns turns to his employees to think of ways to stop the protests against the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.

Plot[edit]

Protests are taking place outside the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, and Mr. Burns tells Smithers to tell the idiots to think of ideas to improve the plant's safety. Lenny tells Carl and Homer that they should put handles on the sides of the reactors so they look like steaming coffee cups.
