Angry Dad in "The Roller Skate" is a Simpsons Comics story first printed in Simpsons Comics #124.
Synopsis
- Angry Dad goes on a trip when he accidentally steps on a roller skate.
Plot
At home, Angry Dad accidentally steps on a roller skate left at the top of the stairs. He rolls down the stairs, out of the house, and into traffic, where he gets caught on a red car. The car drives up a mountain road, where Angry Dad comes unstuck from the car and rolls down the mountain into the Pointy Fish Factory. Angry Dad smashes through a wall, with fish stuck all over him, and rolls into another road and down an open manhole. As Angry Dad pops his head out of the manhole, a space shuttle crashes into him.
In the real world, Bart is holding a toy space shuttle and wonders if life really imitates art. Homer then comes across a roller skate at the top of the stairs.
