The Poison gas cloud was a toxic cloud that drifted through Springfield.
History[edit]
A poison gas cloud was reported moving toward Springfield while Chief Wiggum was monitoring police radio communications in his patrol car. The dispatcher began warning all units about the approaching cloud, but the transmission was interrupted when a jazz broadcast suddenly took over the frequency. Wiggum continued listening to the music until the poison gas cloud reached his location, causing him to lose consciousness.
