When Lisa Simpson and her fiancé Hugh Parkfield returned from England to Springfield, they traveled from the airport in one of the company's cabs. Recognizing the driver as former Mayor Joe Quimby, Lisa asked if it was him, but he denied it and claimed to be Mohammed Jafar. During the ride, a dispatcher identified as Otto instructed Quimby to report to the convention center after completing the fare.
