Volleyball

Volleyball is popular sport played in Springfield.

History[edit]

At the Springfield Youth Center, Lisa Simpson attempted to join a volleyball team after being warned that she was failing gym class. During tryouts, she tried to return the ball with a bump, but the volleyball landed on one of the spikes of her hair and immediately deflated, leaving the team without its only ball and forcing the coach to cancel the season.[1]
