Aquatraz Water Park is a water park in Springfield.
History[edit]
The Simpson family visited the water park, against Lisa's will. Lisa became upset about the poor treatment of the animals there, in particular Shame-u the killer whale. Lisa then grew angry at the employees, causing the family to be kicked out.
Lisa, Bart, and Groundskeeper Willie then went to Aquatraz again to rescue Shame-u from captivity. They successfully broke in and released Shame-u, which gave Bart a newfound respect for altruism.
The park also has a gift shop.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
The name of Aquatraz Water Park is a reference to Alcatraz Island Prison.
