"Non-canon"[edit]
I dunno where I'd fall on canonicity (though personally I don't feel The Simpsons has a particularly strong "canon") of this, but just "It's a Family Guy episode" seems awfully dismissive - surely something could be "canon" even if it was technically broadcast as part of another series? I mean, what if this was aired on The Simpsons rather than Family Guy?
