4-H Club was the former headquarters of the 4-H in Springfield's Bumtown.
History
After Bart faked a dentist's note, Principal Skinner went looking for him. He was confused when he couldn't find Bart at the Springfield Natural History Museum or the 4-H Club.[1]
The Itchy & Scratchy parade passed through Bumtown in front of the abandoned 4-H Club.[2]
