| After tapping on Black Voodoo's exclamation mark
Wow, a real-life superhero!
It's a pleasure to meet you.
So, what's your superpower? I'll bet you fly.
No, sorry, I don't fly.
So carrying me tight in your arms and soaring around the city's outta the question, huh?
I'm afraid it is.
Chief, Black Voodoo has super strength.
Sorry, I'm not super strong either.
So, you're just a guy dressed as a cat?
I have mastered the art of voodoo.
Voodoo, huh? Sounds made up to me.
I assure you it's quite powerful.
Then why don't you use your voodoo powers to stop that thug over there?
I'm only supposed to use it in case of emergencies.
The police aren't gonna stop him, we're on break right now, so I guess it might qualify as an emergency.
*sigh* Fine. I'll do it just this once.

Wow, that was really something! Sorry, we doubted you.
No apology necessary.
So, what brings you to Springfield?
I'm here to fight crime, and there appears to be a disproportionally high amount in this town.
Really? I hadn't noticed.
How did the town get so crime-ridden?
No idea. Lou, Eddie, you know why?
*shrugs* Teenage drinking?
*shrugs* Cell phones?
I think Eddie nailed it — it's cell phones.

Boy, four extra-large sampler platters always seems like a good idea when you order it but I can't move under my own power now.
We've been at this diner for three hours straight. When are we going to catch criminals?
There's an old Springfield P.D. saying: You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.
What does that mean?
It means we're gonna have some coffee and honey pie before we do anything.
That's it. I have wasted enough time here. I'll go fight crime by myself.
Task: "Make Black Voodoo Go on the Prowl". The job takes 4 hours. If Wiggum is owned: Task: "Make Wiggum Get Dessert". The job takes place at Luigi's, Bloaters at the Squidport, Chinese Restaurant, Crouching Panda, Hidden Eggroll, Dead Lobster, Grub Shack, Tofu Bell, The Happy Sumo, or a Visitable Home and takes 4 hours.
I am here to turn this criminal into your precinct, officer.
Sorry, only the chief can process suspects.
Very well. Where is the chief?
He's still having lunch at the diner.
Still at lunch?! But it's four in the afternoon!
You're right. He's moved to the pizza joint for dinner now.
Springfield deserves the rampant crime it has!
Quest reward: 200 and 20
