Synopsis

"When a new teacher, Jack Lassen, comes to Springfield Elementary, he is put in charge of Bart's class and starts bullying the students. Bart's plan to take down his new teacher involves the family going to Blazing Guy so they can embarrass him while he's taking part in something that matters to him."
