"Olympic Pains" is an episode of The Itchy & Scratchy Show.
Plot
Scratchy is winning a race in the Olympics when his head gets cut off by a wire at the finish line. Itchy then throws Scratchy's head as part of the shot put event and wins the gold medal. Scratchy's head is used as the medal. A flag for Itchystan then unfurls and a Soviet Union-inspired version of "The Itchy & Scratchy Show theme song" plays. Itchy then rips out Scratchy's spine and uses it as a javelin.
