A Victimless Crime is a premium quest in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Level 21 content update, but requires Level 12 to start. It requires Kearney to have been bought.

Dialogue

After tapping on Kearney's exclamation mark Hey Simpson! Gimme your lunch money or I'll break every bone in your body! Sorry, I spent all my cash on houses and decorations. But I'm hungry… and mean. Maybe you and your friend could steal me some food from the Kwik-E-Mart. But… stealing is stealing!
