UNICEF is a program that provides humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries.

In an untitled McBain film, McBain worked as a transport pilot for UNICEF. He was delivering pennies to poor children in a developing country when he was attacked by Commie-Nazis. He dropped the cargo into the country below him.
