Djibouti is a country in Africa.
History
A competitor from Djibouti competed in a marathon that was being held in Springfield. With 500 yards to go, he was neck-and-neck with the competitor from Australia. They were both beaten by Bart however, who had cheated to win and was masquerading as an Italian. After a bird grabbed the mustache Bart was using as a disguise, the crowd instantly recognized him and formed an angry mob.
