Age Against the Machine is an event-exclusive questline in The Simpsons: Tapped Out. It was introduced in the Simpsons Babies content update.

Pt. 1[edit]

Between August 28, 2019 and September 4, 2019 and after completing Simpsons Babies Intro Time to make Mr. Burns reverse the Youthenizer – by force! Sound off, Simpson family assault squad! Goo goo! Boo boo! Woo hoo! *suck* *suck* I guess it's all up to you, Bart. Everyone else is a baby now. I'm not a baby! And my diapey needs changing! Waaah! Grampa, take care of the kids. And if I'm not back in one hour, call the police. You're dumb as a pineapple! You can call the police now! I tried that! Hello, you've reached the Springfield Police Department. We're out getting a new answering machine, so please leave your name and crime after the tone. The tone doesn't work, Chief. That's why we're getting a new answering machine. I'm not following. Let's roll! Task: "Collect Safety Gear" (x50). Task: "Make Babies Befuddle Grampa" (x3). The jobs take place at the Simpson House and take 4 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10 Museum of Modern Bart

After completing Pt. 1 Sneaking into the nuclear plant is a cinch. Skateboard up the cooling tower... through the atomic blast vent... Past the guard crow... *CAW!* And I'm in! Smack in the middle of Old Man Burns' office! "Old Man"? Pshaw! Thanks to the Youthenizer, I'm a scrapping young ball-whacker like you! ...Although infinitely richer, and with a pack of hounds at my disposal. Release the hounds! Heeeeeeelp! Wait, they're just puppies. Aww. The Youthenizer must have hit them by mistake. Damn thing shoots every which way. Hold on a minute and I'll threaten you with my musket instead. Task: "Reach Level 12 and Place Bart's Treehouse". Task: "Collect Safety Gear" (x100). Task: "Make Mr. Burns Release the Puppies". The job takes place at the Control Building and takes 4 hours. Task: "Make Bart Wait Patiently in Terror". The job takes place at the Control Building and takes 4 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10 Kamp Krusty w/ Kamp Bart or 12

Pt. 3[edit]

After completing Pt. 2 Waaaah-BURP! Waaaah-BURP! Shut up, ya midgit idjit! I didn't put up with this from my own son, and I won't put up with it from you! I am your son. You are? Then who am I? I'm very confused! Ugh, I can't sit idly by and play with this plastic ring stacker much longer. Five minutes at most. It's really fun. After that, we've got to help Bart! Task: "Collect Safety Gear" (x100). Task: "Make Lisa Stack Donut-Like Rings". The job takes place at the Simpson House and takes 4 hours. Quest reward: 100 and 10 Simpson and Grandson Bike Customizing

Pt. 4[edit]

After completing Pt. 3 All right, youthful Bartholomew. Come out from behind those adorable puppies so I can shoot you. Not so fast! These infants and I are here to, uh... for some reason. That's why! Gadzooks, it's four babies and a funeral! Your Youthenizer is wreaking havoc, Mr. Burns! We demand you reverse it and restore us to our proper ages! Impossible! The Youthenizer can't make anyone older. It only works one way, being as it's powered by a reservoir of adolescent blood. Oh, crudpoop. Logical, though. Eminently logical. It was specially invented for me by my boyhood frenemy, Thomas Alva Edison, that I might one day live life anew. ...So I saved it until I was at death's very door. Then I forgot about it for seventy more years. Then, I put it to use! How come it turned us into babies, but you into an older kid? It's a Youthenizer, not a Youth-A-Sizer! It only has so much youthening power! Task: "Collect Safety Gear" (x100). Task: "Make Mr. Burns Aim Musket". The job takes place at the Control Building and takes 4 hours. Of course, now that you know my secret, I must kill you all. I only have one musket ball, so stand in front of one another with your aortas perfectly aligned. Quest reward: 100 and 10 KidZone Elite

Pt. 5[edit]

After completing Pt. 4 It's not fair! How come everybody but me gets to be young? Shush! I need absolute silence while I'm kerblamming you. Yoiks! I'm so scared I pooped my pants earlier! To hell with all of you! If I'm going to die, I'm going to die young and leave a beautiful corpse. *gasp* Grampa grabbed the Youthenizer! Be careful, Grampa! If you fire it at us babies, you might youthenize us right out of existence! Babies can bite my wrinkly patoot! I'm pulling the trigg– OW! I sliced open my papery skin on the gizmodulator! BEGIN YOUTHENIZATION Task: "Collect Safety Gear" (x100). Task: "Make Babies Get Blasted by the Youthenizer" (x5). The jobs take place at the Control Building and take 4 hours. Task: "Make Bart Get Blasted by a Musket". The job takes place at the Control Building and takes 4 hours. Curses! Abe Simpson's decrepit old blood leaked into the Youthenizing reservoir, transmuting it into an Oldening Ray! Of course, an Oldening Ray! And it blasted us all back to our normal ages! Except me. I'm much, much more ancient now. Hooray! *suck* *suck* What matters is, everything is back to normal. Oh no, Bart! You've been baby-ized! Teethe my shorts! Huh. I thought I was murdering him with my musket, but it turned out to be the spare Youthenizer. I really ought to pay more attention to whom I shoot with what. Quest reward: 200 and 20 Baby Bart
