The house from the Pixar film Up (film) can be seen in the background when Lenny and Carl are monitoring Springfield from the air.

  • The Ogdenville citizens are decedents of Norwegian immigrants, and the episode was aired on May 17 - the day Norway celebrates its Constitution.
