The Pickup Truck is Cletus' vehicle. He always carries boxes with chickens on the back.
When Marge and Lisa needed a vehicle to get to the school, they jumped on the back of the truck, and later stole it.

In "The Simpsons: Hit and Run", one can unlock Cletus' pickup truck after completing the bonus mission in Level 1. It is also used in the mission "Better than Beef" in Level 2 and in the mission "Redneck Roundup" in Level 4.
