America (I Love This Place) is a song from the episode Simple Simpson. It is a parody of patriotic country songs such as "God Bless the U.S.A. (Proud to Be an American)" by Lee Hazelwood. The music was written by Alf Clausen and the lyrics by Jon Vitti. It is the twenty-third track on the album The Simpsons: Testify.

Lyrics

Singer:
This song is about a country I love. You may've heard of it. It's called America.
Homer:
Hey, I know that country!
Singer:
I could please Ms. Barbra Streisand
By spittin' on the flag,
Or stranglin' a bald eagle
On the cover of some mag.
But I love this country,
To me, she has no skins.
If you don't buy my record,
Then Al Qaeda wins!
