Kenya is a country in Africa. Its capital city is Nairobi.
History
When Bart becomes Mr. Burns' personal assistant, Burns gives Bart a card to use whenever he's in trouble which gives him diplomatic immunity, claiming he is the ambassador to Kenya. Bart uses it to get out of detention.[1]
