The New Evergreen Terrace is the third quest in the tutorial of The Simpsons: Tapped Out. The first part of the quest is obtained after completing Springfield Cleaners Pt. 2.

Dialogue

Pt. 1

Lisa Since we're the only ones here, it's up to us to rebuild Springfield!
Homer Or we could just move to Miami.
Homer Think about it -- flamingos, palm, trees, t-shirts that say "Miami" on them...
Lisa It'll be easy! Or at least that's what I'm telling you to get you to do it.
Lisa We'll start with our own street!
Homer (If the player does not place the street on the shaded box)
I think I should place it where the computer tells me.
Task: "Build Evergreen Terrace". The player receives Cash100 and XP10 in reward.
Build: Road
Message Now just drag from the road to create a street.
Lisa We built a road! I feel like Robert Moses in the giant book that took me two years to read.
The next quest is: Who Needs the Kwik-E-Mart

Pt. 2

Requires Level 3. After completing Working Hard.

Lisa - Sad It's kind of lonely around here.
Lisa We should rebuild one of our neighbor's houses.

Homer The sooner I get neighbors, the sooner I can borrow their stuff and never return it.

Lisa But Dad, Mr. Flanders is our neighbor, so we'll have to move the Kwik-E-Mart somewhere first.
Homer - Sad *grumbles* Okay, but I better get an achievement for this.
