The Prince house is the house of the Prince family. It is located in the neighborhood of Evergreen Terrace, next to Skinner's house.^[1]

After Milhouse started spending more time with his girlfriend Samantha Stanky, Martin invited Bart to his room to hang out with him.^[2]

The backyard has been used for Martin's pool party^[3] and his birthday party.^[1]
