Code	Description
gen	Default box, as shown on page. Code is unneeded.
YB	Default box, with Yearbook column.

ex	Default box with the extra content underneath.
exYB	Same as above, but with Yearbook column.
bex	Box with bonus column with extra content underneath.
bexYB	Same as above but with Yearbook column.
PO	Box for decorations with payout.
POYB	Same as above but with Yearbook column.
POb	Payout box but with bonus column.
