"Of Mice and Menace!" is a Bart Simpson story first printed in Bart Simpson #10.
Plot
As young children, Itchy & Scratchy meet each other for the first time when they start at the Happy Hearts Day Care center. They decide to be best friends. The day care teacher hates mice, so treats Itchy with contempt, but gives constant praise to Scratchy. Itchy soon becomes angry and starts attacking Scratchy, receiving punishment each time. Itchy's mother comes to pick him up, giving the teacher extra money. Happy about her payment, the teacher says that Itchy was well behaved, leading his mother to declare he will be going to the center every day. Scratchy is horrified.
