The Springfield Speedway is a racetrack located in Springfield's bird sanctuary. The Springfield Speedway was first seen in the season 2 episode Bart the Daredevil where the Simpson family go to watch the Monster Truck Rally starring Truckasaurus, who crushes the car. It appears again in the season 11 episode Alone Again, Natura-Diddily where the mother of the Flanders family Maude Flanders is killed after being knocked off a grandstand by T-shirts during a NASCAR race.
