Charlton "Charlie" Brooker (born March 3, 1971) is an English humorist, critic, author, screenwriter, producer, and television presenter. He is best known for being the creator of anthology series Black Mirror. He voiced the social rating voice in the season 31 episode "Thanksgiving of Horror".
