Francine Joy "Fran" Drescher (born September 30, 1957) is an American actress, comedienne, director, and producer, best known for her role as Fran Fine on The Nanny. She voiced the Female Golem in the season 18 episode "Treehouse of Horror XVII".
The segment references her distinctive voice when Simpson family first hear the Female Golem speak and Homer Simpson wants to chop her up with an axe due to her voice.
