History
Ned Flanders was watching it with his son Todd, while Bart was staying at their house due to an incident involving a wad of gum stuck on Bart's head that was shaped like Ned Flanders.
Ned asked Bart if he wanted to watch the angel rebuke a bad man for his misdeeds. Bart said no, so Ned told him that he could take a bath instead.
