- Homer: Up and at 'em, Marge! Today's the Springfield Christmas... I mean, holiday... I mean, winter... I mean cold time parade! Lard Lad has a dount cannon this year to shoot free donuts into the crowd! We need to get there early and grab a good spot!

- Homer: Let's see what's in the paper today... Whaat?! Santa's reindeer allege animal abuse?!
