Tijuana Trouble is a cartoon starring Robby Robin.
History
Chief Wiggum saw "Tijuana Trouble" at the cinemea. At the end of the cartoon Wiggum said that even he found the cartoon offensive, despite being a "lazy southern sheriff".
Plot
Robby Robin purchases a spoiled taco off a lazy Mexican mouse resulting in food poisoning. While vomiting he lands in a tree where kids use him as a piñata.

Robby Robin is a parody of Woody Woodpecker.
