Baby Seal Beach is a small settlement named after its beach which is renowned for its uniqueness around the state.
History
The entire beach was stained with oil after an oil tanker sank off the coast, due of the misdoings of a drunken Sea Captain. Many creatures were affected by the oilstain, and a cleanup effort made up of mostly celebrities was set up.
