Wassailing Dead is an American zombie-themed holiday special.
History
The inhabitants of Springfield have dressed up as Santa zombies after Bart wins a contest resulting in the Wassailing Dead Christmas special being filmed in Springfield. Kang and Kodos are scared by all the lights and escape, but they are discovered by a new group who tries to chase them away. The film crew decides to continue filming because there are good special effects. The film crew leaves Springfield while the residents of Springfield continues with the chaos; they aren't finished because they think the town is a dump anyway.
