Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers is a babysitting service in Springfield. The business staffs at least one receptionist and three babysitters, including Lucille Botzcowski. The Simpsons children are currently blacklisted here. Homer was able to trick them into sending a babysitter with a fairly obvious lie saying that his family were the "Sampsons".
