The A-Team of Finland are a Finnish intelligence organization who have a branch in America. They drive around in their van. The members of The A-Team of Finland are stereotypes of Swedish people, not Finnish.
History
After the Chinese Intelligence in America and the French Bureau of Investigation turn up, the ATF turn up too, a little bit late to get Bart.

The A-Team of Finland are an obvious parody of The A-Team show and the van is a parody of their van. It's also a parody of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, often abbreviated to ATF.
