Li'l Krusty is a Bart Simpson Comics story that appears in Bart Simpson #49. The comic later got reprinted in the Bart Simpson Annual 2011 and in Bart Simpson: Big Shot!.
Plot
Krusty the Clown has done market research which shows that viewers like dogs and want to see more action in his comics. So he lets a dog called Sparky jump through a ring.
