Dr. Monroe's Family Therapy Center is a family therapy center owned by Marvin Monroe. It was advertised on television where Monroe said that he's guaranteed to sort out your family's problems, or double your money back.
History
Homer first saw the commercial at Moe's and decided that him and his family would visit the center so that they could become more functional. The family begrudgingly agreed but as they failed to stop hurting each other during the shock therapy, they got double their money back. The Simpsons ended up causing a black out as a result of using so much electricity to shock each other.
