Homer was waiting by his car near the World Trade Center and was hungry. The Khlav Kalash vendor came along and sold Homer Khlav Kalash. Homer ate lots of Khlav Kalash and asked whether he had anything to "wash that awful taste out of his mouth".[1]
It is also sold in Springfield's Russian District.[2]
