Tonga is an island nation in Oceania.
History
When Bart was phoning various countries in the Southern Hemisphere to ask if their water drained clockwise, Tonga was seen on his globe.[1]

In the comic Spree For All, Bart meets his cousins from the island nation of Togonia, which is possibly a parody of Tonga.
